This is a certificate program designed to teach people of employable ages the soft skills and technical knowledge required to facilitate the development of community-driven initiatives and projects. We reinforce the skills needed to determine a career path or to obtain remote jobs. The curriculum includes a three-step process of learning, doing and teaching that prepares graduates for an introduction to our employment partners.
